ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20 PERCENT RE-STOCKING FEE

• To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  
• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
  
• The product has not been installed or damaged
  
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
  

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying the return costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during return shipping.

REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS
Any order that is returned to GermanParts.ca by the courier in which it has been refused by the receiver, non-deliverable, or not picked up, is processed as a regular return and will be subject to 20 percent restocking fee.

All refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used in the initial order submission.
